Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern use of Robonia teleop and its Operations site at teleop.kyberneticphysics.com and ops.kyberneticphysics.com, provided by the Cybernetic Physics team. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

Purpose and eligibility

The service provides assigned tasks, simulation practice, and administrator oversight for robotics development. Use is limited to authorized workplace participants. Google sign-in is restricted to approved organizations; operations access requires an approved administrator Google account or the authorized shared password. An eligible email address does not independently authorize physical robot use or access to a particular assignment.

Your responsibilities

Use your own authorized account, protect your sign-in credentials, and follow the assigned task procedures and instructions from the person on site. Do not share sessions, impersonate others, bypass access controls, interfere with other operators, introduce malicious code, or access data or equipment without permission. Report suspected unauthorized access to our contact address.

Robot and simulation use

The current internet deployment provides simulation practice. Remote physical robot control and synchronized VLA episode recording are not commissioned. Simulated behavior is not evidence that an action is safe on real hardware.

If physical teleoperation is enabled for an assignment, it requires explicit on-site handoff and appropriate supervision. Site personnel may reclaim control at any time. Follow the applicable SOP, keep the working area clear, and stop input and contact the on-site person if conditions are uncertain or unsafe. Do not bypass deadman controls, emergency stops, ownership checks, or other safety measures. Reconnection does not grant permission to resume motion.

Data and demonstrations

The Privacy Policy explains how we process identity and operational information. Do not submit confidential third-party information or record people or private surroundings without authorization. Any retained demonstration collection, dataset contribution, or model-training use must follow the notice and applicable agreement for that activity. These terms do not transfer ownership of your work or replace employment, contractor, or dataset agreements.

Availability and access

This is a developing service. Features may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. We may suspend or revoke access for safety, security, misuse, maintenance, or the end of an assignment. Do not rely on the web service as an emergency communication system or as the sole means of ensuring physical safety.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of simulation results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or changes obligations under a separate applicable agreement. Each participant remains responsible for complying with applicable law and authorized site procedures.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required. Stop using the service if you do not agree to updated terms. Contact us with questions or to resolve an access or service issue.
